YourPersonInKolkata (YPK) is your remote Concierge Services for your daily needs in Kolkata. We can help you to lead stress-free life by off-loading your loads.

Our services allow YPK Concierge Service representatives to act as your liaison; serving as your personal representative in home or other matters, helping as your event planner, even serving as your agent in coordinating or mediating large home improvement projects.

What we offer is the chance for you to have a trusted "right arm" that acts on your choices, so that you may excel in areas that matter more in life. How much you delegate is up to you, but in any case what you get back in reward is stress-free life…and in many cases even money.

Instead of procrastinating on repairs or projects around the home, you can act on them before they need more attention... and enjoy their completion sooner. Currently we are offering following services:

1. Periodic property monitoring (Interior/Exterior)

Our team will conduct a periodic property inspection to check the condition of the property. Property Inspection report would be mailed across to you with digital photo when necessary. Damages and misuse or unauthorized use of property, if any will be reported to you immediately.

2. Major Maintenance and repairing

Upon request for maintenance work by tenants, a physical visit will be made to assess the work requirement and keep you informed with the actual work to be done and the cost.

3. Inventory Check

A complete check of inventory will be done, when the tenant is vacating the property or at the time of entry of a new tenant. The inventory list and condition of equipments will be mailed to you.

4. Utility Bill Payments

All the utility bill payments like Property Tax, Water, Electricity, etc can be paid by us on your request. We will track all your payments due dates in our database. Receipts will be maintained in your file and can also be sent to you on request.

5. Rent collection and deposit:

Monthly rent will be collected as per the date and will be deposited in the bank. A scanned copy of bank deposit slip would be mailed to you. YPK will try its best to make tenants pay up on time, but shall not be responsible for non-payment by any tenant.

6. Cleaning of Property

If your property is lying idle, we can get the interior cleaned in periodic intervals and before your visit to Kolkata.

7. Mutation of Property:

We will help you to complete the mutation of the property

8. Construction Monitoring

You don’t need to be physically present to monitor day to day progress and co-ordinate with the builder/contractor. Our experienced team will monitor the entire construction process & keep on updating you with latest progress/developments.

Any problems / issues identified shall be escalated to you for action. We will take digital pictures of the building or site progress and sending it to you.

A rate varies with the complexity of the property and number of works to be done.

I was looking for some reliable service to outsource my personal works like my property management,medical needs of my sick in-laws/parents,banking and investment,mutation of flats etc. but unfortunately I have to ask on my own brothers and close relatives to take out some valuable time from their busy schedule to help me.
